We’ll deal with it for you. Just contact the on-site accommodation team either in person or online and a member of the 24 hour on-site Facilities Team will sort it out as soon as possible. We promise to make safe any repairs within 24 hours and will keep you regularily updated on any delays relating to ordering parts or external contractors.
How is rent paid and how often?
We spread your rent over 4 payments across the academic year. The first payment of £300 is in August 2012. The remainder is then split across 3 payment dates and collected via Direct Debit in October 2012, January 2013 and April 2013. This allows you to avoid paying one big lump sum and also coincides with your student loan payments. We take your Direct Debit details at the time of booking. We will advise the exact payment day when we know the student loan dates for each University.
